AI receptionist integrations
AI receptionist integrations: does CAi work with your software?
Books directly into PracticeHub and QuiroHiro, and into other diaries such as Cliniko, Jane App or Google Calendar.
Below, how each one connects and what CAi does in your diary. If yours isn’t here, tell us: we look at it with you on the video call.
Six diaries
The appointment software CAi books into
Two native connections and four diaries CAi connects to. Pick yours to see, step by step, what happens when a patient calls.
-
Native · two-way sync PracticeHub
Physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic clinics around the world.
Two-way, real-time sync: CAi books, moves and cancels, and sees every change your team makes.
-
Native · same platform QuiroHiro
Our own group’s platform: diary, patient records, CRM and WhatsApp in one place.
CAi works inside the platform: calls, WhatsApp and bookings on the same patient record.
-
Connected diary Cliniko
Allied health clinics around the world.
Through Cliniko’s public API: available times, appointment types and new appointments.
-
Connected diary Jane App
Multidisciplinary clinics in many countries; it comes from Canada.
We connect CAi to your Jane account during set-up and check it with you before going live.
-
Connected diary Google Calendar
Solo practitioners and small clinics, whatever their specialty.
Through Google’s calendar API: free and busy time, and new events with the patient’s details.
-
Connected diary Organízate
Spanish software for physiotherapy, psychology, nutrition, podiatry and more.
We connect CAi to your Organízate diary during set-up and check it with you before going live.

In your diary
What CAi does in the diary, whichever software you use
The phone and WhatsApp share the same diary as your team, so there are no double bookings.
-
Checks free slots
Real openings for each practitioner and appointment type, at the moment the patient asks.
-
Books
In the right diary, with the patient’s name, phone and reason for the visit.
-
Moves
When a patient can’t make it, CAi offers new times and frees the old slot.
-
Cancels
And opens the gap up again for someone else.
-
Notes the reason
So the practitioner knows why the patient is coming before they walk in.
-
Confirms on WhatsApp
The patient gets the time in writing, and reminders before the visit.
Moving and cancelling depend on what each software allows. We confirm it for yours during set-up.

Using different software? Tell us and we’ll check
We don’t promise anything we haven’t tested. Tell us what you use and we’ll look at it with you on the video call: whether CAi can book into it, and what we can do if it can’t yet.
Clinics ask us about software such as
- Clinic Cloud
- Nubimed
- Doctoralia
- WriteUpp
- Semble
- TM3
- PPS
Naming them here is not a promise: we check each one on the call.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Anything else about your diary, we go through it with you on the video call.
Does CAi work with my appointment software?
Books directly into PracticeHub and QuiroHiro, and into other diaries such as Cliniko, Jane App or Google Calendar. With PracticeHub the sync is two-way and real-time. If you use something else, we look at it with you on the video call.
Do I have to change software to use CAi?
No. CAi books into the diary you already use. QuiroHiro is our own platform, but you don’t need it: it is one option among the six.
Do the phone and WhatsApp share the same diary?
Yes. Whether a patient calls or writes, CAi books into the same diary as your team and checks it before offering a time, so there are no double bookings.
How long does it take to connect my diary?
Up and running in about 20 days. The connection is part of the set-up, and nothing goes live until you have tested it and signed it off.
What does CAi see in my software?
The diary and the patient’s contact details: what it needs to book. It doesn’t read clinical notes, invoices or payments. HeyCAi is the data processor; your clinic is the data controller. The security page explains the rest.
