What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember something about your visit, such as the language you chose. Here we call everything the website stores in your browser a cookie, even if some of it uses a different technique.

The Google and Meta durations are the ones they set, and each visit may renew them.
Which ones need your consent
The necessary ones and the language one work without consent: without them, the website couldn’t remember your choice or the language you asked for, or protect itself from bots. Everything else only switches on if you press “Accept” on the cookie notice:
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel don’t load until you accept, and only on heycai.ai.
heycai_attrisn’t stored until you accept.
If you refuse, none of that loads, and the website and the demo work just the same. If you ask for the demo, your request carries the campaign details in the page address at that moment, without storing anything in your browser, as the privacy policy explains.
Google and Meta cookies
_ga, _ga_*, _fbp and _fbc are set by Google and Meta. They use them to give us statistics and ad measurement, and also for their own purposes, under their privacy policies: Google’s and Meta’s.
This data may leave the European Economic Area. The privacy policy explains the safeguards.
How to change your choice
- Press “Cookie settings”, at the bottom of every page or on this page. The notice comes back and you can accept or refuse.
- If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel stop loading from the next page on. What was already measured is not deleted by that change.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete
heycai_consent, we’ll ask you again.
