Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of the HeyCAi service, an artificial intelligence assistant platform for chiropractic clinics, provided by AM Kairos Consulting Ltd (QuiroAds). By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Service Description

HeyCAi enables clinics to manage appointments, reminders, patient communications, and clinical data through WhatsApp, with integration into clinic management software. The service includes:

  • AI assistant accessible via WhatsApp
  • Integrations with PracticeHub, Quirohiro and other platforms
  • Automated reminders and communications
  • Dashboard and reports (selected plans)
  • CallCAi — 24/7 voice receptionist (Clinic plan)

3. Registration and Account

To use HeyCAi, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • The service is billed monthly in advance
  • Prices include VAT where applicable under Spanish law
  • The first 7 days are free, no credit card required
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods after cancellation
  • We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

By using HeyCAi, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Not send unsolicited communications (spam) through the platform
  • Comply with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Obtain appropriate consent from your patients to communicate with them
  • Not attempt to access other users' systems or data

6. Intellectual Property

HeyCAi, its code, design, brand, and content are the exclusive property of AM Kairos Consulting Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the term of your subscription. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

HeyCAi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, although we commit to maintaining uptime above 99% monthly. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on information provided by the assistant.

8. Modifications and Termination

We may modify these Terms at any time, notifying you at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms. We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable consumer regulations provide otherwise.
